An integrative model of healing.
एकत्वहं, “I am one.” It is the philosophy we work from, that mind and body are not separate, that strength and softness are not opposites, and that personal goals and a small community are not contradictions.
Ekatvahum is a platform for integrative wellbeing. We bring physiotherapy, yoga therapy, strength, Ayurveda, and counselling psychology under one roof, and offer multiple ways for people to step in, from a weekly yoga class to a full three-month immersive journey.
The reason behind Ekatvahum.
Ekatvahum was born from a quiet ache, the ache of watching people we love carry pain that no single class, app, or doctor could touch. We built this because healing should not be a relay race between strangers. It should feel like being held by one team that sees all of you, the body that hurts, the mind that races, and the part of you still hoping it can be different. That is the only reason we exist.
Healing as one continuous practice.
Most care happens in silos, a yoga class here, a gym session there, an Ayurveda consult, a therapist appointment. Ekatvahum brings these into one coordinated journey, taught by a team that watches the same body and mind across the week.
Every offering begins with care for the person, not the discipline. From a single 1-on-1 yoga therapy session to our 3-month flagship, what changes is the depth and duration, what stays constant is that nothing happens in isolation.
This is not a gym. It is not an app. It is a small integrative practice that meets you wherever you are.
One body, one plan
Five disciplines written into the same week, so they reinforce each other.
Depth over dependence
The goal is a practice you own, not a subscription you rely on.

The quietest room is the right room.
Recovery, breath, and attention behave differently in a familiar room. Studios optimise for a crowd; an app optimises for engagement. Your home, with the right team on the other side of the screen, optimises for you.
We chose this format because it is the only one that lets the same therapist see you for week after week, without forcing you into a traffic jam to get there.
